He is a pioneer in the development of new surgical instruments for the insertion of penile prosthesis in difficult patients with two patents to his credit. He has developed a highly appreciated penile cutting dilator used by other urologists in centers like the Cleveland Clinic, the Mayo Clinic, UCLA, and the University of San Francisco, among others.

Dr. Mooreville is a nationally recognized expert in using both the new Indigo laser technique to treat benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH, enlarged prostate) in men, and in the use of Brachytherapy for prostate cancer.
